Zoram Mega Food Park has allotted 23 Acres of its Central Processing Centre (CPC) in Khamrang for Industrial Plots. These plots are available for lease for firms planning to establish new food processing units or those seeking to expand their current capacities. Lease Period for Plots will be for 25 years payable in flexible instalments.  

The CPC is a fully developed site with all amenities including rentable office space, water, electricity, security and waste management facilities. ZMFP is currently offering its plots for lease. Early applicants may avail of the following benefits:

FIVE YEAR LEASE PAYMENT RELIEF

Early applicants will be given lease payment relief for the first five years of the lease.

FREE SCHEME ASSISTANCE

Early applicants interested in applying for the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana to fund their projects will be provided free consultancy and assistance. As per its current policy, the Ministry of Food Processing will give preference to  applicants who plan to establish their units in the Mega Food Park.

The Food Park will also provide assistance in liaising with Banks as well as the Central and Sate Government.

Zoram Mega Food Park has built 10 MSME Standard Design Factory Sheds which available for lease for small, micro or medium firms planning to establish their food processing units. Each Standard Design Shed is 100 sq.m and has independent access and utility connections with meters.

Early applicants may avail of the following benefits:

SIX MONTH LEASE PAYMENT RELIEF

Early applicants will be given lease payment relief for the first Six Moths of the lease.

FREE SCHEME ASSISTANCE

Early applicants applying to various schemes to fund their projects will be provided free consultancy and assistance including liaising with Banks as well as the Central and Sate Government.
